Future Aspirations: I want to become an astrobiologist, someone that studies life in the universe. This includes subjects like aliens - and questions like: "are we alone?" One element of Astrobiology is robotics, as machines can search for this other life without sending people. This is especially ideal in extreme environments like the subsurface ocean of Jupiter's moon Europa or hunting for fossils in the chilling deserts of mars.
Outside of Robotics: I love to read and learn about topics that interest me such as the possibility of life on other worlds or the lost Ancestral Puebloan culture of the American Southwest. I also love to spend time with my dog, Firn, as you can see in my profile photo.

Future Aspirations: I will be studying mechanical engineering at the University of Maryland College Park. I plan on joining the schools Formula SAE IC (Internal Combustion Engine) Team, and R@M (Robotics at Maryland), building an UAV (Underwater Autonomous Vehicle).
Outside of Robotics: I CAD stuff for robotics. During build season, the grind never stops. Yes, I have no life outside of the team. During the offseason, I play cello, enjoy nature, spend time with my dog, and hang out with friends.I like camping with my friends and programming.
Fun Fact About Me: Mr. Bertucci gave me the nickname “El Destructo” after I broke a bunch of drill bits and almost everything I touched. I also am the only active member of the 2024 class on the team.
Favorite Purple Haze Memory: My favorite memory was watching our mentors Mr. Bertucci and Randy Baden work and create parts for the robot. I loved the whole design process, from working on CAD, seeing the robot take shape, and watching it get built.
